HI, Is any one out there building any Rag Wing Designs. I just purchased the plans for RW6,Heath and Church midwing. My goal was to build the RW6 but the mid wing seems like a sporty little flyer .I noticed the wing plan for the mid wing has 12 wing ribs per/side. The wing in the main plans has 10 per/side. And the 4th rib in from the fuselage seems to be a double or triple wing rib. Can anyone clarify this? Does anyone have any pictures of these aircraft. Thanks Wayne

Hello Wayne, The difference in wings is standard length and extended length for extra lift. Really just depends what the builder wants, some want good short field and some speed. The double ribs are only for needed support for the ailerons. Just search for ragwing images and many photos will come up and some builder links. Thanks, Roger

I have built a few of Roger’s designs and loved them all. I am currently building another Mini Pitts and a Tiger Moth. I am wanting to increase HP on the pitts to about 6oHP. I am wondering if anyone has done this and if so, what did/if you did, anything to beef up for it. Also, is there anyone out there building the Tiger Moth? I would love to connect and share thoughts/advice.
